Canada

DDP

A shipment-specific DDP plan, with final delivery arranged around cargo details and warehouse requirements.

Europe

Deferred import

Deferred-import arrangements reviewed against the destination country, importer and seller documentation, followed by warehouse delivery. Eligibility must be confirmed before dispatch.

FREIGHT MODES

Choose freight around your replenishment plan.

Air freight

For replenishment with tighter timing requirements. Review cargo attributes, chargeable weight and flight availability against cost and the estimated delivery window.

Ocean freight

For inventory replenishment planned ahead. Align cargo volume, sailing schedules and warehouse requirements, allowing time for clearance and delivery appointments.

Coordinate China consolidation and check received cartons and shipment labels.
Confirm air or ocean freight around cargo readiness and warehouse requirements.

What you provide

Product description, photos, material, use and special attributes such as batteries.
Package count, dimensions, gross weight, pickup location and cargo-ready date.
Destination country, FBA warehouse code, shipment ID and label files.
Applicable importer details, declaration data and product-compliance documents.

Responsibilities and charges follow the confirmed proposal. Certification, import documentation and packing requirements are reviewed by destination and product.

Before you ship

How does Europe differ from US and Canada DDP?

US and Canada FBA quotations follow a confirmed DDP scope. Europe uses reviewed deferred-import arrangements. Deferred does not mean tax-free or automatically eligible for every destination or importer. Arrangements are confirmed against destination and seller details.

Can products with batteries or special attributes be shipped?

We review product attributes, packing and applicable documents before confirming a channel. Cargo categories are not automatically tied to air or ocean freight.

Does carrier delivery mean Amazon has received inventory?

No. Carrier delivery is separate from Amazon receiving, counting and making inventory available. Refer to Seller Central for Amazon processing status.

How are transit time and cost confirmed?

Share cargo and warehouse details. We confirm the quotation scope and estimated timing against chargeable weight, capacity, import arrangements and final delivery requirements. Clearance, appointments and warehouse receiving can affect delivery.
